Alkali Scientific™ 15 mL disposable ultrafiltration centrifugal devices offer a high-capacity solution for protein concentration, desalting, and buffer exchange of biological samples. Designed with a 50 kDa nominal molecular weight limit (NMWL) membrane, these devices enable fast and efficient sample processing while achieving over 90% recovery.

Ideal for larger-volume applications, the device accommodates a maximum initial volume of 15 mL and concentrates samples down to a typical final volume of 200 µL. Its durable, single-use polypropylene construction ensures chemical resistance and sample integrity, while compatibility with both swinging-bucket and fixed-angle rotors provides flexibility. With a maximum RCF of 3,000 × g for swinging-bucket rotors and 4,000 × g for fixed-angle rotors, these devices deliver efficient and reliable ultrafiltration performance.
