All returns must have an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). These can be obtained through customer services at orders@alkalisci.com or 954-586-4170.
- Item must be shipped with all original packaging included are are subject to a restocking fee.
- Pristine, re-sellable items returned between 30 days and 90 days with original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Items without original packaging cannot be returned after 30 days.
- No returns can be accepted after 90 days.
- Alkali Scientific cannot accept the return of any item that has been marked or damaged.
