Accu-Scope® EXI-410-PH Inverted Phase Contrast Microscope

 The Accu-Scope EXI-410 microscope is suitable for routine tissue culture and research applications. Designed to meet the demands of laboratory use, this microscope is easy to use while providing high contrast images. Incorporating the latest in LED illumination, and NIS60 Infinity corrected long working distance objectives provides brighter, and sharper images than its competitors. The binocular viewing head is fully rotatable, providing a 35mm increase / decrease in viewing height to accommodate a multi user environment. A side photo port allows you to add a camera without blocking the stage/specimen line of sight. A pair of 10x eyepieces provide you with a 22mm field of view, and come with roll down eyeguards for added comfort. The quintuple nosepiece comes standard with LWD Infinity Plan Achromat Phase contrast objectives, with the option to upgrade to Semi-Apochromatic objective lenses. For further enhanced contrast you can purchase the emboss contrast slider, or upgrade to hoffman modulation contrast. A plain stage comes standard on the EXI-410, and a XY mechanical stage with various specimen holders for petri dishes, slides, and multiwell plates can be added. The ELWD condenser has an N.A. of 0.3 with a slot for the phase contrast slider. The 3 watt S-LED variable intensity illumination provides over 20,000 hours of constant use.
