The Accuris GenoSep™ CE1016 is a compact, automated capillary electrophoresis system designed for high-resolution characterization of DNA, RNA, and proteins. It combines capillary electrophoresis with sensitive LED-induced fluorescence detection to provide accurate fragment sizing, quantification, and sample quality assessment. The system supports applications including PCR analysis, NGS library QC, cfDNA analysis, RNA integrity assessment, and protein sizing.

The GenoSep uses ready-to-use, reusable cartridges containing a proprietary polymer matrix and fused-silica capillary, reducing hands-on preparation compared with traditional gel electrophoresis workflows. Its Windows-based software automates instrument control and generates electropherograms, virtual gel images, fragment sizing, and quantitative results.
