MFSD6 (Major facilitator superfamily domain containing 6) is a 791-amino-acid polypeptide with a molecular weight of 91kDa. Its expression has been found in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or monocytes. It has been reported that MFSD6 may act as a receptor for HLA-B62.
