S100A10 (S100 calcium binding protein A10) gene encodes a protein belonging to the S100 protein family of small, dimeric EF hand-type Ca²⁺) binding proteins. It consists of two EF-hand calcium-binding motifs. It is localized in a tight heterotetrameric complex with the peripheral membrane-binding protein annexin A2.
