Aspergillus Differentiation Agar (Base), 1 X 500 g (17121-500G)

Aspergillus Differentiation Agar (Base) has been used in the cell culture of Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus. Suspend 22.75 g in 500 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool around 50°C and aseptically add sterile rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Chloramphenicol Selective Supplement (Cat. No. 29231). Mix well. We offer two media types: the superior granulated GranuCult® and the cost-efficient powdered NutriSelect® culture media, depending on your needs. The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.
