MP Biomedicals offers meticulously engineered cell culture trays suitable for efficient and consistent commercial scale-up for the bioproduction of monoclonal antibodies, extracellular vesicles, vaccines, stem cells, and enzymes. Available in two sizes, these trays provide scalability for various cell culture processes. The single tray has a surface area of 630 cm², while the preconstructed 10-tray system measures 6,310 cm². Featuring two 15 mm diameter filling and venting ports, the trays allow easy access to the chamber bottom and flexible sterile manipulations. The 33 mm threaded caps come with directly sealed hydrophobic membranes (0.2-micron pore size) for efficient gas exchange. They can also be connected to chemically resistant and heat-sealable flexible tubing, complying with USP Class VI standards and enabling seamless media and cell transfer. MP Biomedicals adheres to USP Class IV standards and manufacturing occurs in a Fed-Std 209E class 100,000 (ISO 8) clean room. We rigorously test all raw materials to ensure high-quality trays, free from endotoxins, pyrogens, and DNase/RNase contamination. Additionally, comprehensive testing is performed using primary chick embryo cells, human fibroblast MRC5 cells, Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO) V79-4 (ATCC, Cat. No. CCL93), and mouse L929 (ATCC, Cat. No. CCL1) cells to evaluate the trays’ suitability for various applications.
