CellPro™ Tissue Culture Dish Inserts provide a physiologically relevant environment for cell growth, co-culture, migration, invasion, permeability, and transport studies. Designed for use with standard 100 mm culture dishes, these inserts feature a tissue culture-treated polycarbonate membrane with high pore density to promote cell attachment and efficient transmembrane exchange. The suspended membrane design helps protect cell monolayers and minimize media loss, while three side openings allow convenient access to the lower chamber for sampling, media exchange, and gas transfer. Sterile, DNase/RNase-free, non-pyrogenic, and non-cytotoxic.
