Each tube includes easy-to-read molded graduations and a plain top with external rim, which improves grip and allows secure sealing with plug caps or film. The external rim also reinforces the tube's structural integrity during centrifugation.

Available in two material options to meet specific application needs:

• • Polypropylene (PP): Ideal for high-speed centrifugation and chemical resistance. Withstands forces up to 3,000 × g, suitable for most routine and demanding protocols. Autoclavable and highly durable.

  • Polystyrene (PS): Offers excellent clarity for visualizing samples but limited to centrifugal forces up to 1,500 × g. Best suited for low-speed centrifugation, sample handling, and storage applications. Not autoclavable.
