The CellPro™ 5-Layer Multi-Layer Cell Culture Flask provides 875 cm² of total growth surface area, enabling high-efficiency cell expansion in a compact, space-saving design. Engineered for optimal cell attachment and uniform surface treatment, these flasks promote consistent cell growth while streamlining workflows for faster, more efficient culture processes.

Manufactured from high-quality polystyrene (GPPS) with a vacuum plasma tissue culture (TC) treatment, these flasks ensure optimal cell adhesion and even medium distribution across all layers. The leak-proof design prevents cross-contamination, allowing for safe and efficient cell culture. They are compatible with 10 mL serological pipettes for convenient liquid aspiration, replenishment, and cell harvesting directly within the flask. Each flask is individually lot-numbered for traceability and meets USP Class VI standards.

Constructed with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) cap and a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter membrane, these flasks are sterilized by E-Beam irradiation (SAL 10⁻⁶), DNase/RNase-free, non-pyrogenic, and non-cytotoxic. Available in both plug seal cap and vent cap options, CellPro™ Multi-Layer Cell Culture Flasks provide a reliable and scalable solution for adherent cell culture applications.
