CellPro™ PBS Buffer, 1X Without Calcium & Magnesium, 1000mL

Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) is a balanced salt solution that is used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissue samples, diluting cells for counting, and preparing reagents.

PBS is formulated without calcium and magnesium for rinsing chelators from the culture before cell dissociation.

Sterile buffered saline solution: CellPro™ phosphate buffered saline solutions are filtered through final 0.1μm pore size filters and have a pH of 7.0 - 7.5. Filter integrity tests are performed both before and after filtration. Aseptic fills are performed in a class 100 clean room. Each lot is subjected to sterility testing, which is performed using the membrane filtration method described in the current U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP).
