CHAPS Lysis Buffer (2X)

Premixed liquid 2X concentrate. Contains 100mM TRIS-HCl (pH 7.4), 220mM NaCl, 10mM EDTA and 2% CHAPS. For general cell lysis and protein extraction. Recommended for preparation of cytoplasmic cell lysates and co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP).
