CellPro™ Dialyzed FBS is manufactured from US sourced FBS using a proprietary process to reduce concentrations of small molecules such as cytokines, nucleotides, amino acids, hormones, small proteins, and salts. This creates a small molecule environment which provides greater definition and control. Dialyzed FBS is ideal for applications where normal FBS small molecule concentrations may be disruptive.. It meets the highest industry standards for endotoxin and hemoglobin levels and supports the growth of the widest variety of cell lines. Dialzyed Fetal Bovine Serum is passed through a 0.15M NaCl column to reduce the concentrations of low molecular weight components. The molecular weight cut off used in this process is 10,000. Product is Heat Inactivated prior to shipment.
