The EZ-Yeast™ Transformation Kit is designed for high-throughput transformation with efficiencies up to 103 transformants per μg plasmid DNA. Perfect for a quick analysis of potentially positive two-hybrid colonies, the EZ-Yeast™ Transformation Kit does not require fully competent cells prior to transformation. Simply remove a 3-4 mm colony or 0.5 mL overnight culture to a new tube, add vector and carrier DNA, incubate for 30 minutes and plate on selective media.
