Freund's Complete Adjuvant

This product is made by a modification of Freund's technique, in which 25 mg of Mycobacterium is suspended in a mixture of 7.5 mL Arlacel A and 42.5 mL paraffin oil. An adjuvant is a material that when administered enhances the antibody response of animals injected with antigen.
