Full-Range Prestained Protein Ladder, Tricolor (10-245kDa), 500uL

This three-color protein standard offers 12 pre-stained proteins ranging from 10 to 245 kDa, clearly visible on gels and transfer membranes (but not on film or imaged blots). It is supplied at a high concentration of 3–3.5 mg/ml, delivering 2–3 times more product than many leading brands and sufficient for 100 to 150+ applications under recommended conditions.

• Reference bands: Includes two distinct markers—a green band at 25 kDa and a red band at 75 kDa—when separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris-glycine buffer).
• Applications: Ideal for monitoring protein separation during SDS-PAGE, verifying Western transfer efficiency, and estimating protein sizes.
• Loading volumes: Use 3 µl per lane for 15-well mini-gels or 5 µl per lane for 10-well mini-gels. For Western transfers, 1.5–2.5 µl per lane is sufficient, with larger volumes recommended for thicker (>1.5 mm) or larger gels.
• Stability: Stable up to 2 weeks at 25 °C, up to 3 months at 4 °C, and long-term at –20 °C.
