Hydroquinone, Crystal otherwise known as quinol is a white granular solid organic compound. Primarily used as a reducing agent, it can also be used to prevent polymerization of acrylic acids and other monomers that can be affected by radical-initiated polymerization. It is used as a topical skin lightening agent. Ungraded products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use or research purposes and typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
