IgG3 (Kappa) FLOPC21, mouse myeloma, purified, 1 MG

[FLOPC 21]These myeloma proteins are purified from ascites by a combination of salt precipitation, ion exchange and bioaffinity chromatography. Purified proteins are dialyzed into 0.02M Tris, 0.14M sodium chloride, pH 8.1. Product is adjusted to 1.0 mg/ml, filtered, vialed, and stored frozen at -70°C. Product is shipped on dry ice. Mouse IgG3 (k) is purified from clarified mouse FLOPC 21 ascites using multi-step procedures which may include salt fractionation, gel filtration, ion-exchange chromatography, affinity chromatography and immunoabsorption. The product is dialyzed into 0.02M TRIS, 0.15M sodium chloride, pH 8.1, filtered through a 0.22 µm filter and vialed.
