Dimeric, native MMP-9 from stimulated human neutrophils. Enzyme should be activated just prior to use. In 200 mM NaCl, 50 mM Tris-HCl, 5 mM CaCl₂, 1 µM ZnCl₂, 0.05% 35 Detergent, 0.05% NaN₃, pH 7.0.
