N,N′-Methylenebisacrylamide solution has been used as a component of hydrogel precursor solution and magnified analysis of the proteome (MAP) gel solution during hydrogel fabrication. It has also been used as a component of re-embedding solution during re-embedding of expanded hydrogels. Prepared from electrophoresis grade bis-acrylamide in ultra-pure water.
