Heating is provided from two sides using ceramic heating plates, while larger models offer three-sided heating for better temperature uniformity. The ceramic heating elements are protected against fumes and splashes and can be easily replaced. The furnace uses non-carcinogenic fiber insulation materials and features a durable dual-shell stainless-steel housing that keeps external temperatures low. LT models include a lift door for safer handling, along with integrated air inlet and rear exhaust for controlled airflow. Solid-state relays ensure quiet operation, making these furnaces suitable for routine laboratory applications.
