Nabertherm™ LF0242NMNE is designed with combined insulation using refractory bricks in the corners and low heat storage, fast-cooling fiber material. With a wide range of optional equipment, it can be optimally adapted to different process requirements and applications. It delivers high performance at elevated temperatures with efficient energy use and stable operation.

This furnace is built for high-temperature applications up to 1400°C and features a dual-shell housing with rear ventilation to maintain low external surface temperatures. Five-sided heating ensures excellent temperature uniformity, while heating elements mounted on support tubes provide free heat radiation and long service life. The controller is mounted on the furnace door and can be removed for convenient operation. A SiC plate embedded in the floor protects bottom heating elements and provides a durable, flat stacking surface. High-quality fiber insulation combined with corner bricks enables shorter heating and cooling times, while the hand-fitted brick-on-brick door seal improves thermal efficiency. Additional features include a side vent with bypass connection for exhaust, a self-supporting arch for structural stability and dust protection, a quick-lock door system, and a freely adjustable air slide intake in the furnace floor. The furnace is supplied with a stand and is intended for defined applications within the limits of the operating instructions.
