Nabertherm™ LH0232NKNE is designed for reliable high-temperature processing and offers robust insulation made of lightweight refractory bricks. With a wide range of optional equipment, these chamber furnaces can be optimally adapted to different process requirements.

This furnace operates at a maximum temperature of 1300°C and features a dual-shell housing with rear ventilation to maintain low external surface temperatures. Its five-sided heating system ensures excellent temperature uniformity, while heating elements mounted on support tubes provide free heat radiation and long service life. The controller is mounted on the furnace door and can be removed for convenient operation. A SiC plate embedded in the floor protects the bottom heating system and provides a stable flat stacking surface. The furnace uses multi-layer fiber-free insulation made of lightweight refractory bricks with special backup insulation for improved efficiency. The hand-fitted brick-on-brick door seal ensures tight closure, while short heating times are achieved through high installed power. Additional features include a side vent with bypass connection for exhaust, a self-supporting arch for high stability and dust protection, a quick-lock door system, a freely adjustable air intake in the furnace floor, and an included stand.
