Nabertherm™ LH0242NMNE is designed for reliable high-temperature processing and offers robust insulation made of lightweight refractory bricks. With a wide range of optional equipment, these chamber furnaces can be optimally adapted to different process requirements.

This furnace operates at a maximum temperature of 1400°C and features a dual-shell housing with rear ventilation to ensure low external surface temperatures. Its five-sided heating system provides excellent temperature uniformity, while heating elements mounted on support tubes ensure free heat radiation and a long service life. The controller is mounted on the furnace door and can be removed for comfortable operation. A SiC plate embedded in the floor protects the bottom heating and provides a flat stacking surface. The furnace also includes multi-layer, fiber-free insulation made of lightweight refractory bricks with special backup insulation for improved efficiency. The hand-fitted brick-on-brick door seal ensures tight closure, while short heating times are achieved through high installed power. Additional features include a side vent with bypass connection for exhaust, a self-supporting arch for stability and dust protection, a quick-lock door, a freely adjustable air slide intake in the furnace floor, and an included stand.
