The 8-tube PCR strips are thin-walled, white, polypropylene tubes ideal for PCR and sample incubation in a 0.2 mL thermocycler or heating block. The 0.1 mL tubes are ideal for low-volume PCR reactions since the tube size reduces the space between the PCR solution and the heated lid thus decreasing condensation and changes in reaction volume during amplification for more efficient PCR reactions. The white tube color is also ideal for fluorescent and luminescent-based assays. The tube strips come with clear, flat 8-cap strips to provide tight tube sealing. These tube strips are certified DNase- and RNase-free and ideal for sensitive applications like PCR, NGS, enzyme digests, etc.
