Mouse monoclonal antibody purified by thiophilic adsorption and size exclusion chromatography. Recognizes the ~46 kDa GSK-3β phosphorylated at Ser⁹. Supplied with a control lysate derived from 2 x 10⁶ EGF-treated HepG2 cells. ELISA (0.05 µg/ml) Immunoblotting (0.5 µg/ml) 100 µg antibody in PBS, PEG, sucrose, 50% glycerol and 200 µl lyophilized control lysate. For immunoblotting with the positive control, use 10 µl (chemiluminescence) or 20 µl (colorimetric) per mini-gel lane. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution. Human Positive Control Pervanadate-treated HepG2 (included) Reconstitute the positive control lysate with 200 µl H₂O.
