Prestained Molecular Weight Standard, Dual Color (10-250 kDa) is a ready-to-use three-color protein standard with 11 pre-stained proteins covering a wide range of molecular weights from 10 to 250 kDa. This marker is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS or Native-PAGE protocols, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membranes, and approximating the size of proteins. With a mixture of recombinant proteins dyed red at 25 kD and 70 kD to provide easy references for molecular weight identification. The molecular weights of the prestained ladders are confirmed in the Tris-Glycine SDS-PAGE system with an accuracy of >95% by using unstained protein ladders. The protein ladders are highly stable with minimal band broadening during storage. Products are conveniently packaged and ready to use, with no heating, diluting, or additional reducing agent required.
