ProCycle™ SPRI Magnetic Beads are superparamagnetic particles designed for high-performance DNA and RNA purification, PCR cleanup, and NGS library size selection. Using solid-phase reversible immobilization (SPRI) chemistry, these beads enable rapid, column-free purification by reversibly binding nucleic acids in the presence of PEG and salt. This allows efficient removal of primers, nucleotides, enzymes, salts, and adapter dimers, while preserving high-quality DNA. By adjusting the bead-to-sample ratio, precise fragment size selection can be achieved for next-generation sequencing workflows. The beads separate quickly on standard magnetic racks, are fully compatible with manual or automated liquid-handling platforms, and deliver consistently high recovery across a broad range of DNA fragment sizes.
