At Alkali Scientific, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines outlined below.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA by contacting our customer service team at orders@alkalisci.com or by calling 954-586-4170. Returns submitted without an RMA will not be processed.

Return Requirements
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:

• Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original packaging included. This ensures that the product is protected during transit and can be resold in pristine condition.

• Restocking Fee: Pristine, re-sellable items returned within 30 days of receipt with original packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items.

• Condition of Items: Items without original packaging cannot be returned after 30 days. Furthermore, we cannot accept the return of any item that has been marked, damaged, or shows signs of use.

• Right to Refuse Returns: Alkali Scientific reserves the right to not accept or process a return if it does not meet our return criteria. We review each return request on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with our policy.

Time Frame for Returns
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept any returns after this period. It is important to check your items upon delivery and reach out to us promptly if there are any issues.

Customer Responsibility
Please note that return shipping costs to send products back to Alkali Scientific are the responsibility of the customer, unless an error was made by Alkali Scientific. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damage Claims
If items are damaged during transit back to us, no refund will be issued, and all damage claims must be taken up with the freight carrier. It is crucial to package items securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
