RIPA buffer with Triton X-100, 500 ML

Premixed ready-to-use liquid. Contains 50mM TRIS-HCl (pH 7.4), 150mM NaCl, 1% NP-40, 0.5% sodium deoxycholate and 0.1% SDS with 1% Triton X-100. Used in Radio-Immunoprecipitation Assay (RIPA), for cell lysis and protein solubilization.
