The RPM™ Yeast Plasmid Isolation Kit allows isolation of plasmid DNA from yeast cells. It uses a GLASSMILK purification process in conjunction with SPIN modules to increase yield and achieve optimal DNA quality. The isolated DNA can be used for screening and bacterial transformations.
