TCH® is a fortified, multipurpose serum replacement for long-term culturing of primarily human cells and the production of cell secreted proteins. TCH® Defined Serum Replacement shows following features: A universal serum replacement that supports human and mammalian cells; completely free of virus, mycoplasma and other infectious agents; contains no growth factors, steroid hormones, animal proteins or phenol red. TCH® is also effective in culturing other mammalian cells without the use of animal proteins. TCH is packaged as a 50X concentrate. Therefore, 10mL will produce 500mL of growth medium.
