Terrific broth, part 1 (capsule) and 2 (sterile liquid), 1 KG

Terrific Broth is a classic rich medium for high density growth of E. Coli cells and higher yields of plasmid DNA without the need of antibiotic amplification. Similar in functin to CIRCLEGROW™ except Terrific Broth must be autoclaved in two parts with are combined after autoclaving.
